- Created in 1960, with the merger of the following companies : SEPPIC, CEGEDUR, ARMOSlG and VALLOUREC, IRRIFRANCE designs, manufactures and distributes all ranges of modern irrigation equipments.
- The CEE Trust (Contracting & Engineering Enterprises) owned, since1981, a 36% share of its capital.
- In 2001, the CEE Trust became the sole shareholder at a 100% level and IRRIFRANCE became, like 3SI Department SETI, one of its French subsidiaries.
- Since september 2010, all the compagny have merged to form IRRIFRANCE GROUPE.
